I work with writers, creators, and business owners to support their work, whether that means developing content, self-publishing, launching a podcast, or organizing the back end of your business.
I offer design, content, and structure to keep your work moving forward.
That might mean building a website, writing or editing content, handling administrative work, or sorting through what’s getting in the way so you can finally finish what you started.
A Bit About Me
I’ve worked in creative and professional support roles for over 30 years, supporting people and projects through writing, editing, design, and strategy. In 2023, I launched VA 4 Solutions to bring that experience together into one place—where structure meets creativity, and ideas turn into finished work.
I’m the creator and host of the podcast Growing Older Together, author of Going Solar: The Homeowner’s Handbook, and my memoir, Gripped: Releasing Fear to Find My Voice, will be released in September 2025.

Every business is different, so I offer flexible pricing with built-in savings. My standard rate is $65 an hour, but these packages offer support at a lower rate.
Need something outside the listed packages? I can create a custom option based on your goals and workload.
Flexible Plan
10 hours/month at $60/hour
For those who need light but consistent help on a month-to-month basis. Easy to start, easy to adjust.
Focused Plan
15 hours/month at $55/hour
For those who are making progress and need someone to move with them on a month-to-month basis.
Ongoing Plan
20 hours/month at $50/hour
Ideal for long-term partnerships that require ongoing support on a month-to-month basis.
Custom Plan
Flat-rate tailored to your project.
