A Bit About Me
I’ve worked in creative and professional support roles for over 30 years. In 2023, I launched VA 4 Solutions to bring together everything I’ve learned—strategy, storytelling, content, and structure—to help others move their ideas forward.
I’m the creator and podcast host of “Growing Older Together,” author of “Going Solar: The Homeowner’s Handbook,” and my memoir, “Gripped: Releasing Fear to Find My Voice,” will be released in September 2025.

10 hours/month at $60/hour
For those who need light but consistent help on a month-to-month basis. Easy to start, easy to adjust.
Focused Plan
15 hours/month at $55/hour
For those who are making progress and need someone to move with them on a month-to-month basis.
Ongoing Plan
20 hours/month at $50/hour
Ideal for long-term partnerships that require ongoing support on a month-to-month basis.
